Protecting homes from trapped moisture is critical. Quarrix ProTect Furring Strips allow moisture and air to pass freely behind cladding to create a natural rain screen system. Made of plastic, Quarrix Furring Strips are strong and durable, resistant to warping, splitting, and mold. Each piece is die-cut so that you receive an identical piece every time. This makes them a better solution to wood furring strips. They are compatible with vinyl, fiber-cement, stucco, wood and EIFS siding products. Furring strips are used in construction to prevent dampness, make space for insulation, or to level and resurface ceilings or walls.
- MULTIPLE SIZES: Quarrix ProTect Furring Strips are available in multiple sizes to fit your project needs
- BREATHABLE: Furring strips allow moisture and air to pass freely behind cladding/siding material
